6th EPIZONE Annual Meeting

EPIZONE, which in April this year will become a self-supporting European Research Group after five years’ funding from the European Union, holds its 6th Annual Meeting in June this year in the seaside city of Brighton in the UK.

Entitled ‘Viruses on the move’, the event, which runs from June 12 to 14, includes sessions dedicated to diagnostics, risk assessment, intervention strategies, epidemiology and emerging diseases, intervention strategies/African swine fever and new sequencing technologies. It will be followed on June 15 by a new satellite symposium addressing Schmallenberg virus.
